Your letter dated 18 June 2011 we have received and
understand its contents. So it is with our production of goods that are
returned because there is a defect or damage.
With apologies before, we can not accept your complaint. As for the reason that we can point out to you is as follows.
1. Computer packages that we send in good condition.
2. Computers already passed the feasibility test.
However , since you have sent and showed damage to the goods you order so we as the manufacturer who will be responsible for and replace any damage to the goods. We will send the replacement of damaged goods within three days of this letter is received.
Similarly, we convey the answer to your letter of complaint for damages computer package our products.
